Terms of Service

By accessing or using PDF Generator ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan subscribers.

PDF Generator is a SaaS tool that enables HubSpot users to create PDF templates with dynamic CRM variables and generate PDF documents automatically via HubSpot Workflows or manually from CRM records. The Service is operated by Sixteam.pro, based in Bogotá, Colombia.

To use the Service, you must connect your HubSpot portal via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HubSpot credentials. Each subscription is tied to a single HubSpot portal (hub ID). You may not share or transfer your subscription to another portal without our written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Upload malicious code, harmful content, or content that infringes third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Resell or sublicense the Service to third parties without written authorization from Sixteam.pro.
• Generate documents containing illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent content.

The Service, including all code, design, and documentation, is owned by Sixteam.pro. Your templates and generated PDFs remain your property. By using the Service, you grant Sixteam.pro a limited, non-exclusive license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice sent to the email associated with your account. Free plans are provided as-is with no SLA guarantees.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sixteam.pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service with reasonable prior notice, except in cases of security or legal necessity.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Bogotá, Colombia.
